2022 UEIL Annual Congress

19-21 October 2022 Athens, Greece

UEIL 2022 Annual Congress “Driving innovation – the lubricant industry on the move”

As we all know, Europe’s recovery requires the acceleration of the twin green and digital transitions, so that we build a more sustainable and resilient society and economy. These two trends present a unique opportunity to the lubricant industry – but we will only be able to capture the benefits if we take the right strategic decisions.

For this reason, the theme for the 2022 UEIL Congress will be “Driving innovation – the lubricant industry on the move”.

From October 19 to October 21 in the beautiful city of Athens, Greece, we will explore the topic of innovation along different stages of the value chain, with the aim of understanding the regulatory environment and the tools at hand – as well as being inspired by success stories and case studies presented by the brightest European lubricant manufactures.

if you have any questions, please reach out to the UEIL Congress team (info@ueilcongress.org). We look forward to seeing you there!

Sylvia Kerscher

As a sports enthusiast, Sylvia knows that even the most high-end road bike doesn’t ride on its own. The best hiking boots do not carry one uphill. Only inner drive, the will to make a difference and the courage to go new ways bring one forward. The same applies to businesses looking to incorporate remote tank monitoring data into their every day decision making processes. Using fill level sensors alone will not change a company’s traditional business model of reactive product sales to proactive data-driven customer management and decision making.

And that’s exactly what the FoxInsights Head of Sales tells potential partners and clients: Fundamental change through innovation and data starts with the right mindset. It is  however often the most challenging part of the transformation many supply & sales organizations need to undertake. In such a traditional industry it requires leadership support at the highest levels as well as a strategic focus to achieve data-based acting. It’s more than about just generating data, Sylvia and her team pride themselves on supporting FoxInsights partners, ensuring they have the confidence and ability they need to generate tangible value for their businesses.
