ATIEL EELQMS Letter of Conformance Newsletter June 2018

Following the recent introduction of a compliance monitoring programme by ATIEL and the introduction of a charge of 975 euros for every Letter of Conformance lubricant marketer signatory, ATIEL are considering the introduction of a small charge for a certificate payable by all LOC marketers to represent their registration as an LOC signatory and have asked for the views of UEIL members to ascertain what the appetite for such a certificate is, and what level of charging if any would be acceptable.
