(*) No VAT exemption are applicable to admissions to the UEIL Congress. Congress delegates will be liable to Hungarian VAT [normal rate of 27% in 2018] regardless of whether the person paying the admission is a taxable person or a private individual. Reverse charge (no VAT fees) is however applicable provided the recipient of the invoice is a taxable person established in Hungary.
