BER Regulation - UEIL FAQ

Home / WHAT WE DO / BER Regulation - UEIL FAQ
New European Regulations which can have an impact on both purchasers and users of lubricants, have recently come into force (regulations 461/2010, 330/2010, 715/2007, 595/2009).

With a view to helping dealers, garages, repair shops and end users answer the questions these new regulations may raise, UEIL has produced a short “Frequently Asked Questions” leaflet clarifying the situation.

In addition, the leaflet aims to reassure dealers, garages, repair shops and end users that they benefit from significant freedom as to their purchase and use of lubricants and other functional fluids.

Translated into English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish, the leaflet is distributed by UEIL members all over Europe.
