Technical Committee
Since the last newsletter, the Committee has met once, in Brussels, on 23 January 2013.
Matthias Spethmann has stepped down from the position of Chairman and has been replaced by Tim Bates, the current Vice Chairman.
The Technical and Competition Committees have jointly released an OEM Bulletin:
- Mercedes Benz p235.29 and MB BeVo 223.2
The Technical Committee currently has 3 cases that it is involved with; 1 PCMO, I Agricultural and 1 Off-Highway.
The Honorary President of UEIL, J D Jong, and Vice Chairman of the Technical Committee, T H Bates, met B Otterholm, Lubricants Co-ordinator of The Volvo Technology Corporation in Brussels on Tuesday 4 December 2012 to discuss areas of mutual interest.
The next Committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 15th May 2013 in Brussels.
