Competition cases
The Competition Committee currently handles 14 cases in different sectors:
- Motor Vehicle (57 %)
- Construction Equipment/Off-road (22 %)
- Agriculture Equipment (14 %)
- Handling Equipment (7 %)
The main issues we have to deal with now are:
- The access to technical information
- The approval procedures
- The "In-Houses” tests
European Commission
The European Commission has launched a public consultation on a Green Paper on unfair trade practices (UTPs) in the business-to-business food and non-food supply chain.
All interested parties are invited to submit their views in response to the questions raised in this document by 30 April 2013.
UEIL will contribute to this consultation to highlight our concerns regarding competition issues.
Each national delegation and each lubricant company have also the opportunity to take part.
