The 2008 Annual Congress of the Independent Union of the European Lubricants Industry (UEIL) was held on 23-24 October 2008 in Warsaw, Poland.
This year's event "Lubricant Raw Materials – Technology and Supply" came right at the time of key developments in the lubricants industry, including the start of the REACH pre-registration process.
More than 150 representatives from 20 different countries gathered together to network and generate new business opportunities as well as reinforcing existing relationships and learning about improving performance.
